These signs are all over Interstate 5 between Los Angeles and Sacramento. I’d love to hear about the committee decision to go back later and add the second sign on top. Were people not getting the message before?
Banksy Costume
This Banksy costume is so awesome, I feel like my face is going to explode. There is a mythical mountain called Badass that overlooks the Su-weet Sea, and from that mount’s peak you can see unicorns, and world peace, and you can divide by zero, and you can kick Chuck Norris in the balls, but none of that shit is half as awesome as this costume.
And if you’ve never seen the original, you probably think I’m a raving moron, but here you go.

I’m doing a lot of tinkering on the back end (that’s what she said) with the site this week, so there’s a chance it might fall offline here and there. Please hold tight and the site will be back soon enough, promise.

A Brief Foray Into Unadulterated Geekiness
I’d like to take a quick moment to thank Matt Mullenweg and Rob Marsh, two WordPress superstars who’ve provided me (and anyone else who’s looking) with some nifty code for spicing up this site with outright randomness.
Thanks to Matt, I’ve finally figured out how to randomize the banner images up top. This seems to work more consistently in Internet Explorer than in Mozilla Firefox, but I think that’s because Firefox is better about caching images that’ve been displayed recently.
Thanks to Rob, I’ve now got a cool widget on each individual post that brings up five other random posts for your viewing pleasure. Just click on any post’s title and scroll down a bit and you’ll see what I mean.
