I knew the California Democratic Party was staying neutral on Proposition 19, but it was only after looking at this door-hanger that I realized the only issue on which the Democrats didn’t have an opinion was the legalization of small amounts of marijuana for personal use.
That Neutral is kind of glaring, especially with every other proposition getting an upper-case YES or NO.
