I’ll admit I’ve been slacking when it comes to posting flicks from Atlanta, which is a damn shame, since the ATL is one of the most paint-dripped cities in all of the South.

Now it’s time to make amends, so I’ll start with Mr. Fangs, whose geist icon is one of my all-time favorite street memes.
